Width - Measure brick to brick at three points (as illustrated) then take the smallest measurement and deduct 10mm.

Height - Measure brick to brick at three points (as illustrated) then take the smallest measurement and deduct 10mm.

Measurements will always include the cill and any frame add-on's if required.
